With the Zoning Atlas you can:
- Find out which zones allow or prohibit different types of housing;
- See what legislative and special taxation districts overlap with each zone; and
- Access your municipality's zoning ordinance online.
The Long Island Zoning Atlas serves as a valuable resource for a diverse range of stakeholders, including prospective and current homeowners, realtors, developers, lawmakers, planners, researchers, and advocates.
