The Long Island Association Announces Adam Silvers as LIA Golf Classic Honoree

Glen Head, NY – On Monday, July 27, the Long Island Association (LIA) will hold its sixth annual LIA Golf Classic and Awards Reception at the Glen Head Country Club and will be honoring Adam Silvers, LIA Board Member and General Counsel and Managing Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. As a leader on the LIA’s Board, Mr. Silvers has helped connect the business and legal communities on Long Island, furthering the LIA’s regional impact. Mr. Silvers has been Managing Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. since 2015 and is a member of the Corporate & Securities Department, Veterinary Law Practice Group, Food & Beverage Practice Group, and the Intellectual Property & Technology Group. The LIA Golf Classic, a signature event for the leading business organization celebrating its Centennial in 2026, is an opportunity for business leaders to enjoy the beautiful Long Island summer, while getting business done on the course.

In addition to his roles at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. and the LIA, Mr. Silvers is a member of the Executive Leadership Committee for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Long Island Light the Night Walk and was appointed to its Executive Committee in 2025. This year, he was named Corporate Walk Chair, which reflects his commitment to impactful charitable initiatives across Long Island. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of FourLeaf Federal Credit Union as well as its Secretary to the Board. Mr. Silvers is a born and raised Long Islander and resides in Commack, NY. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1990 with his B.S., and with his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1993. 

The LIA Golf Classic will take place on Monday, July 27th, 2026, at Glen Head Country Club. Brunch will begin at 11:00 a.m., the shotgun tee-off is at 12:00 p.m., and the Awards Reception will take place at 5:00 p.m.
